VIEW Bright ruby red color with a medium layer and little evolved, clean.
NOSE Intense and complex nose, in which aromas of black fruits (blackberries and blueberries) and scrub (lavender, dill, rosemary) appear. Notes of balsamic wood that evolves towards sweet spices (vanilla, coconut, cloves) and dark chocolate.
MOUTH Shows personality and character. Balsamic and menthol elements that enhance the flavors of compote black fruits (maraschino). The finish is long and slightly bitter oak aging notes appear (cocoa, coffee) that cleanse the mouth and invite you to continue drinking.
Destemming of the grapes.
Cold pre-fermentation maceration at a temperature of 15ºC for 3 days.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature with daily punching down. Malolactic fermentation.
Aging in new and second-use 225 l barrels of French oak (80%) and American oak (20%) for 14 months. Bottled without filtering.
