In accordance with the provisions of the current legislation on Personal Data Protection, we hereby inform you that your data will be incorporated into the processing system owned by Marco Ricci Y2309275-C, calle La Golondrina 2, casa 69, El Palm-Mar,38632 (hereinafter referred as WINETIME)  in order to facilitate, attend to and meet the commitments established between the two parties. In keeping with applicable regulations, WINETIME informs users that their information will be kept during the necessary period in order to fulfil the aforementioned conditions.
WINETIME also informs it users that it will process the data in a lawful, honest, transparent, suitable, relevant, limited, accurate and updated manner. WINETIME therefore undertakes to take all reasonable measures to ensure that they will be deleted or rectified without delay if they become inaccurate. In accordance with the rights conferred on you by the current legislation on Personal Data Protection, you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, limitation of processing, deletion, portability and opposition by sending your request to the postal address indicated above or by writing an email to info@winetimecanarias.es .

SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

 WINETIME.es complies with the Organic Law for the Protection of Personal Data No 15/1999, December 13th, 1999, and with the Regulations on Services of the Society of Information and Electronic Commerce, therefore the necessary administrative and technical procedures to ensure the security of the personal data we collect have been adopted. The gathering, storing and transmission of personal information is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layers) Protocol. Encryption SSL ensures full integrity and security in the transmission of data over the network. At the moment when a customer places an order, his or her personal data, address and details related to the payment method, are entered into our data base, for the only purposes of processing the order and sending information on offers and services of the companies of the group that might be of interest to the customer. WINETIME guarantees that personal data provided by their customers are kept confidential, since the required personal data are only the strictly necessary.
WINETIME undertakes not to give them any other use than the agreed and not to grant them or sell them to third parties unrelated to the companies of the group under no circumstances. At all events, WINETIME customers may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, by written communicaton to our Customer Service Department. In this regard, the user is informed and consents to the inclusion of the data provided to the automated databases owned WINETIME duly registered in the General Registry of Personal Data Protection and to the automated data processing, as a result of consulting, requesting or hiring any service or any transaction or operation carried out, in order to access the information and services provided by WINETIME through the website, and in the event of the maintenance of the contractual relationship, as well as the submission of offers or advertising and marketing communications from the companies of the group. The user declares that all the data furnished are true and accurate, and commits himself to communicate to WINETIME any changes that may occur in them as soon as possible. The user has the right to oppose the treatment of any data that are not essential for the execution of the contract and to oppose the use of said data for any purpose other than that of maintaining the contractual relationship.
WINETIME privacy policy guarantees the user in any case the possibility to exercise the right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of his personal details, by written notification to our Customer Service Department. Accordingly, and in compliance with the Law 34/2002 on Services of the Society of Information and Electronic Commerce, WINETIME will only send offers or advertising and marketing communications via e-mail to the user e-mail address or through other means of electronic communication, to those users who have given their express consent.
