VIEW Very intense and bright red color with a very high layer and cardinal reflections.
NOSE Very intense aromas of ripe fruit (blackberry, cherry and maraschino) combined with spicy and balsamic notes. Milky and mineral finish with light toasted touches.
MOUTH Tasty, very long and broad, with a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity.
Destemming of the grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (27 ºC) for 25 days with punching down and two daily pump-overs of one hour. Post-fermentation maceration of the wine with its skins for 10 days. Racking. Malolactic fermentation naturally for 50 days in stainless steel tanks.
Aged in 225 l new French oak barrels (100%) and MT + toasted for 5 months. Natural clarification in the barrel itself. Stabilization and bottling. Labeling and dispatch
