VIEW Greenish yellow, clean and bright.
NOSE Very intense and fresh. Notes of stone fruits, white peach and Paraguayan, which are combined with tropical fruits such as passion fruit and mango and certain citrus touches. Finally, aromas of white flowers such as jasmine, lily and magnolia appear.
MOUTH Complex, sweet and with a very well balanced acidity. Very long aftertaste in which the fruity notes merge with a slight bitter finish that invites you to continue drinking.
8-year-old White Tempranillo vineyards with yields of 8500KG / Ha.
Destemming of the grapes. Gentle pressing of the grapes to obtain the must. Settling and clarification of the must. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. At a controlled temperature of 16 ºC.
