Pale straw, bright and clean. Great aromatic intensity and complexity.The tropical notes (pineapple and coconut) and the smoked ones stand out. On the palate it is soft, fresh, juicy, equally complex, long and very well balanced. Vibrant and pleasant acidity.

Tasting note: Bright and clean, pale yellow in color, it shows intense notes of white and tropical fruit on a background of amyl and grapefruit. It is smooth and complex, well balanced, with delicate sweet notes of peach and fresh citrus in a surprisingly long finish.

Gastronomy: Pairs especially with seafood, smoked fish, grilled white meats. Fresh goat cheese, tomato and basil salads.
