Bodegas Vega de Yuso is located in Quintanilla de Onesimo, province of Valladolid, a town on the Golden Mile of the Ribera del Duero, 21 km from Peñafiel and 35 km from the capital.
The name Vega de Yuso originates from the location of the town itself on the banks of the Vega del Rio Duero and Yuso is part of the original name of the town, which was originally Quintanilla de Yuso.

The Vega De Yuso wineries have more than 10 hectares of their own vineyards, nestled in the best payments of Quintanilla, Olivares and Valbuena de Duero. Controlling in turn another 10 hectares of vineyards from winegrowers in the area, always located at high levels of up to 900 meters of altitude and poor and calcareous soils.
All the vineyards are of the Tempranillo or Tinto Fino variety, with a Northwest-Southwest orientation to reach a perfect maturation of the grape.
