At MOUTH, we taste a pleasant wine, with tannins from the wood very well assembled with the wine and without disturbing it. It is a full-bodied, persistent wine. In retronasal those fresh fruity tones and toasted tones come out again.

VINEYARD: Young vineyards aged 15 to 25 years. With an average production of 5,500 kg / ha and a type of clay-calcareous soil.
MALOLACTIC: 21 days in stainless steel tanks.
AGING: 10 months in American and French barrels.
