Tobelos makes this barrel-fermented white using exclusively the indigenous varieties Viura and Garnacha blanca and the foreign Sauvignon blanc. After a light mixed aging in new French oak barrels and concrete eggs, this wine displays aromas of white fruit and sweet spices. It has a fresh and balanced taste.
Nose: Good aromatic intensity with the fruit as the protagonist. Primary aromas of pear, apple, grapefruit and peach stone, followed by notes of white flower and spices with a sweet character.
Mouth: Great volume intensity throughout its journey, with freshness, balance and length. Fruity aftertaste with patent spicy notes.

Description: Plot located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, Catarrillo in Labastida, Montebuena in San Vicente de la Sonsierra and La Laguna, in Labastida. Strains planted at an altitude of between 450 and 550 meters. Age: 69 years.
Soil: Clay-calcareous.
Climate: Continental with Atlantic influence.
Harvest: Manual harvest in boxes with a selection table in the winery.
Vinification: Cooling of the grapes for 24 hours in a chamber. Manual selection table. Sauvignon blanc and Garnacha blanca are pressed together and fermented in concrete eggs. Half of the Viura ferments in concrete tanks and the other half in 500-liter French oak barrels for 6 months with 'batonage'.
