On the nose, it displays pleasant floral aromas (wild broom) and fruit aromas (banana, custard apple). Soft and light on the palate.

Sweet finish with hints of quince jam.

Made with Parellada and Garnacha Blanca, two of the traditional white varieties of the D.O. Catalunya, this fantastic semi-sweet white was designed by Miguel Torres Carbó to liven up his picnics and walks through the vineyards, dedicating his creation, just on February 14, to his wife Margarita Riera.

The location at high altitudes of the vineyards with whose fruits Bodegas Torres makes this coupage favors its aromatic intensity and moderate alcohol content, making it the perfect option to accompany seafood such as spider crab or clams, fish in mild sauces or all kinds of pastries.
