Binto is a wine obtained from Vermentino – Trebbiano – Chardonnay grapes, harvested by hand during the coolest hours of the morning; this allows us to keep intact the primary aromas of the individual grapes. Once harvested, the grapes are softly pressed and the must begins the alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature.
