Made from Sauvingnon blanc grapes from vineyards with organic certification, this white exemplifies the good adaptation of this breed of French origin to the lands of the Chilean Central Valley. Elegant, silky and round on the palate.
Nose: Aromas reminiscent of ripe tropical fruits, with slight herbaceous notes and hints of citrus fruits.
Mouth: Silky palate, elegant, round in the mouth, with good acid structure.
Description: Vineyards certified as organic by the main standards used in Chile, Europe, the US and Japan.
Harvest: Carried out from February 19 to April 15.
Vinification: After pressing and destemming, maceration for 2 hours at low temperature. Fermentation for 16 days at a temperature between 12 and 16 ºC.
