VIEW Cherry red color with a very high layer and little evolved.
NOSE Very elegant, intense and expressive nose, with compote red and black fruits, but without losing the original freshness of the variety. Perfectly assembled wood with notes of sweet spices (blond tobacco and cocoa); All this wrapped in a continuous milky sensation that harmonizes the whole set.
MOUTH Fleshy, wide and deep mouth, in which the fruity and dairy memories reappear, with a very well balanced acidity. Finish marked by notes of creamy and sweet woods, on a very present mineral background that provides great elegance.
100% Garnacha from centuries-old vineyards planted in glass on the slopes of Mount Yerga. This vineyard was pardoned by Mateo Ruiz even knowing that it gave a minimal yield, but with the confidence that by itself it could make an exceptional wine. The wine undergoes a 15-month aging process in new fine-grained French Allier and Nevers oak barrels, with a toasting specially created for this wine in conjunction with the cooper.
