65-year-old vineyard of the Garnacha variety, with yields of 5500 kg / Ha. Manual selection of the grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (28 ºC) for 30 days with punching and two daily pump-overs of one hour. Pre-fermentation maceration of the wine with its skins for 7 days. Racking. Malolactic fermentation naturally for 55 days in stainless steel tanks. Aged in 225 l new French oak barrels (100%) and MT toasted for 5 months. Natural clarification in the barrel itself. Stabilization and bottling. Labeling and dispatch.
