MOUTH Perfect balance between sweetness and acidity with a slightly bitter finish that invites you to continue drinking. Very balanced, with a greasy mid palate without losing freshness and a very pleasant creamy acidity.
Made 100% with Garnacha from the vineyards of the winery in Aldeanueva de Ebro (La Rioja). Destemming of the grapes. Skin maceration of the skins for 4 hours at a temperature of 16ºC. Pressing the grapes. Fermentation in American and French barrels. Aging in barrels for 4 months with weekly battonages. Labeling and dispatch.
