VIEW Pale salmon pink, with reflections of onion skin, bright and very attractive.
NOSE Fresh, sweet and balsamic, with subtle vegetable and mentholated notes, highlighting aromas of raspberry, strawberry, liquorice and violets. Finish with well integrated wood.
MOUTH Perfect balance between sweetness and acidity with a slightly bitter finish that invites you to continue drinking. Very balanced, with a greasy mid palate without losing freshness and a very pleasant creamy acidity.
Made 100% with Garnacha from the vineyards of the winery in Aldeanueva de Ebro (La Rioja). Destemming of the grapes. Skin maceration of the skins for 4 hours at a temperature of 16ºC. Pressing the grapes. Fermentation in American and French barrels. Aging in barrels for 4 months with weekly battonages. Labeling and dispatch.
