With a powerful nose and great aging capacity, this red wine has its origin in the heart of the Côte de Nuits, specifically in Gevrey-Chambertin, the same commune from which mythical Bouchard Père & Fils wines come, such as the legendary Chambertin-Clos de Bèze Grand Cru, revered by Napoleon Bonaparte himself. Drawing on its winemaking tradition and experience spanning nine generations and almost three centuries of history, it gave birth to this more accessible but exceptional quality pinot noir, especially exquisite to accompany all kinds of red meats, whether roasted or stewed, and cured and full-bodied cheeses. .
