A denomination that needs no introduction, Falanghina takes us back to the times of the ancient Romans, who cultivated the vine using the Falanga method. This wine comes from Falanghina grapes and is the result of 5 months of aging in steel tanks in contact with its yeasts.
The color is straw yellow that contains brilliant green reflections. The perfume is intense and persistent with sensations of delicate white flowers and fruit. The taste offers freshness and balance, with a clean finish.
Type of Fermentation:
Grape bunches are hand-harvested into 18 kilo crates during the latter half of September. The crates are then transported in refrigerated trucks (50º F) to the winery. Bunches are individually selected and soft-pressed followed by cold settling at 57˚F for 24-48 hours. The juice is cold-fermented in stainless steel vats between 61 - 64˚F and does not undergo malolactic fermentatio.

About 5 months in stainless steel on the lees with an additional month in bottle prior to release.
