Tasty, meaty and structured. Ripe tannins and a fresh and long-lasting finish.
Made with the best bunches from their own farms, making a double selection in the field and in the cellar, and stopping at the tape selection on the shoulders of the ends of each bunch. Controlled temperature (4-6º) prior to fermentation in cold rooms for a period of 24 hours. Careful elaboration combining time, cold, steel and French oak wood to extract to the maximum the expressiveness of all the nuances offered by the different varietals used.
