In tasting highlights its lemon yellow color, and clearly fruity aromatic components of stone fruit. The structure in the mouth is medium with a slight acidity that makes it refreshing and with an aftertaste where the fruity components appear again.
Coral do Mar is a white wine made entirely with the Albariño variety grape, from the 18-hectare estate that the winery owns in the Tea County. The trellis vineyard conduction, which allows the bunches to be perfectly aerated and sunny, and the ideal characteristics of the granite terrain avoid most of the phytosanitary treatments and provide naturally low acidity musts. Thanks to this, the malolactic fermentation of the wine is dispensed with and its delicate varietal aroma and characteristic fresh flavor are respected.
