'Coupage' of Tintilla de Rota and Tempranillo from the Serranía de Ronda that is sweet, balanced and pleasant in tasting, with aromas of red fruits of a certain intensity, spices and hints of scrubland, rosemary and lavender. It is a red with little aging ideal to drink with tapas, aperitifs and informal meals.

Palate: Tasty, greedy mouthfeel and well-assembled fruit. Very soft, pleasant tannins and a long finish with a very balanced structure.
Vinification: It is made by means of a cold pre-maceration of the grape for 24 hours and a subsequent maceration in a stainless steel tank for two days, all prior to fermentation with selected yeasts in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.
