It is an area of relief that is characterized by gentle slopes that start from the Duero River and that is at a height of about 685m above sea level. Quaternary continental materials predominate in this zone. Specifically, the farm sits on conglomerates with a clay matrix from the Pleistocene. The soils are marked in their structure by the gravels that accompany the clay. Meteorology The 2016 harvest was marked by the abundant rains that occurred in spring that caused a delay in veraison and an increase in grape production. Optimum grape maturation, although with a slight delay if we compare it with the usual harvest dates. All this led us to obtain berries with a high aromatic expression and an optimal state of health.
