History: History and time in the strong granite walls of Pazo Torre Penelas, one of the oldest in the Salnés valley. The tower, hermitage and hórreos speak of a time of splendor, while the beautiful trellised vineyards that surround the complex show a deep-rooted winemaking vocation. Made 100% with grapes grown in the pazo. The wine ferments and remains on its lees for eight months in ovoid granite tanks. These unique containers enhance the most saline expression of Albariño while establishing a historical link with the ancestral winemaking of Roman times, when presses made of this stone were already used in this area.
