With a history that dates back to 1796, the name of Juvé & Camps owes its fame to a cava that, for three decades, has accompanied the celebrations of many Spaniards: Reserva de la Familia.

However, this house has many other wines – sparkling and still – made exclusively from grapes from the property's vineyards. Convinced that the excellence of wine is born in the vineyard, the Juvé family has managed to amass a unique heritage in the Penedès: more than 450 hectares of land in some of the most privileged payments in the region, 280 of which are devoted to cultivation of the vine Since 2010, this huge vineyard has only received biological treatments, in order to ensure the highest quality of the grapes.

Currently, the production of Juvé & Camps is concentrated in two wineries; the most modern, opened in 2000 for the vinification and aging of still wines, is located on the Espiells estate and occupies 25,000 m2; while the old cellars of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, with six floors of underground tunnels, allow up to 12 million bottles of cava to be bred, in perfect conditions of temperature and humidity. The first of these constructions dates from 1921; the second, from the 1960s.

The Juvé & Camps vineyard covers more than 1,000 hectares and its annual production is around three million bottles.
