It is always with great pleasure that a bottle of Friulian Ribolla Gialla is uncorked; When it is so remarkable, as in this expression by Zorzettig, then the ecstasy of drinking is even greater. The grapes, after harvesting, carefully cared for by the winery team, are vinified in stainless steel tanks, where they remain to mature for a few months, until bottling is carried out. A Friuli Colli Orientali DOC which, thanks to its decidedly refreshing sip, flows on the palate with refinement and dynamism. Once tried, it's hard to do without.
