Friuli Colli Orientali Pinot Grigio di Zorzettig is born in vineyards located in the Udine municipality of Cividale, in the heart of the Friuli hills. It is produced exclusively with Pinot Grigio grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After a soft pressing, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers until bottling.
