View: Pale golden color.
Nose: Intense and fragrant, with delicate citrus notes (lemon rind) and a background reminiscent of tropical fruit (pineapple).
Mouth: Silky and fresh. Tasty and firm, with tasty fruit material. Long and clean on the palate.
Soil: Deep clay-calcareous soils, reddish in color, with moderate drainage and a high water retention capacity, which allow the maximum aromatic expression of white wines.
Climate: The year 2018 was rainy, especially during the beginning and the end of the vegetative cycle. As for the temperatures, they were slightly lower during the spring, a fact that caused late budding and flowering. On the other hand, the summer was warm and the harvest arrived with a slight delay.
Ageing: Fermentation for 15 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC.
