Veiga da Princesa is a white wine made entirely with the ALBARIÑO variety grape from our 18-hectare estate in Tea County, within the RIAS BAIXAS appellation of origin. The trellis of the vineyard, which allows the bunches to be perfectly aerated and sunny, and the ideal characteristics of the granite terrain avoid a large part of phytosanitary treatments and provide naturally low acidity musts. Thanks to this, the malolactic fermentation of the wine is dispensed with and its delicate varietal aroma and characteristic fresh flavor are respected.
