One of the most successful wines of all the Murcian wine arc. In this new vintage it is once again one of the best Spanish wines in terms of value for money. It continues to be fresh and fruity, with an easy entry and a structure that is not lost at any time.
Nose: Aromas of acacia blossom, raspberry, blueberry and currant, with notes of graphite (pencil lead).
Palate: Succulent and fleshy, with sweet and pleasant tannins. Of great purity and texture, it maintains a good structure throughout the taste phase.
Description: Vineyards located at 750 meters above sea level with north-south orientations.
Age: 71 years for the Monastrell and Garnacha Tintorera vineyards and 33 years for the Cabernet Sauvignon.
Soil: Stony limestone, with certain strips of clayey and sandy soil.
Climate: Mediterranean-continental.
Vinification: Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a constant temperature of between 26 and 28 ºC. Subsequently, malolactic fermentation is also carried out. Subsequently, malolactic fermentation is also carried out.
Aging: Aged for 10 months in oak barrels, 80% of which are French and 20% American.
Bottling: It is carried out without prior stabilization, so slight precipitates may appear that do not affect the quality of the wine.
