Merlot is certainly a grape variety that has been successfully domesticated in Chile. After several years of experimentation, we decided to make plantations in various climates, from the torrid coastal climate to the coolest of the zones, Río Claro. Aromas of plum and blackberry jam mixed with nuances of vanilla and liquorice. Sweet and elegant palate, enriched with toasted notes from the oak aging and a long and spicy aftertaste. Companion with legumes, white meats and even baked, grilled or fried fish.
