Known as the “King” of Nebbiolo, this famous wine can be drunk young but can age for 10-20 years or more. Barolo DOCG year is one of the best red wines from Piedmont. Located in Monforte d’Alba region, vineyards are known as Nebbiolo da Barolo. Barolo is made from grapes gathered in October. Bunches are placed in cellar, in red wooden cases. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vessels at a temperature of 28-30°C, then wine is moved in oak barrels, where Barolo will remain for 2 years.

It is fermented in stainless steel tanks for 12-15 days at a controlled temperature, between 25°C and 29°C. It is then aged in 2500 liter oak barrels for 40 months
