View: Yellow-green of medium intensity. It is a clean and bright wine with the presence of tears.

Nose: High intensity with aromas of citrus and tropical fruits. Herbal notes of fennel and floral notes such as lavender appear.

Mouth: Fresh with the presence of balanced acidity with an unctuous finish. In retronasal floral and herbal appear again.

Ramón Bilbao Verdejo is the first white wine made by Bodegas Ramón Bilbao in the D.O. Wheel. Bodegas Ramón Bilbao was founded in 1924 by D. Ramón Bilbao Murga. However, Don Ramón was already producing and selling his wines around 1896 in a small winery on Calle Las Cuevas in Haro, a town with one of the largest concentrations of wineries in the world.

The winery is located on the outskirts of Haro, one of the most privileged wine regions for growing vines. The climate in this area is moderate continental, marked by a Cantabrian influence. Rainfall is recorded throughout the year. Ramón Bilbao Verdejo is a wine made from 100% Verdejo in the Rueda area. After the harvest, it ferments in stainless steel tanks at relatively low temperatures, to preserve all the aroma.

Ramón Bilbao Verdejo is an aromatic, elegant and fresh wine, dominated by the typical notes of tropical fruit of the Verdejos of this style.
