Description: Plot located at 770 meters of altitude. The cellar within the farm itself ensures optimal reception of the fruit.
Area: 60 hectares
Soil: Poor, with little organic matter, and gravel that facilitates aeration and drainage.
Weather: The winter was very cold with precipitation even in the form of snow, mild and dry spring, moderately hot summer. Mild and humid post-harvest autumn.
Harvest: The night harvest began on September 11, 2021. Cool nights and slightly more humid than the previous year. Medium sized berries with loose clusters.
Vinification: Vinification with three different materials: concrete, foudres and stainless steel. Fermentation with micro-oxygenation at controlled temperatures of 14 and 16 ºC. To increase volume and creamy texture on the palate, the wine is kept in contact with its lees until bottling.
