View: Ruby red color.
Nose: Fresh red fruit, mountain notes (dry leaves, tree bark, aromatic herbs such as rosemary).
Mouth: Intense, juicy, frank and long. Medium acidity, ripe tannins. Well integrated alcohol and intense aftertaste, with hints of red fruit, liquorice and barrel.
Area: 75 hectares in total.
Age: Old vineyards.
Vinification: Fermentation in small French oak vats at a controlled temperature to achieve the maximum extraction of aromas and colour. After fermentation, the wine goes to barrels where malolactic fermentation is carried out without racking, only with the removal of the lees using the periodic 'batonnage' technique.
Ageing: Aged for 19 months in new French oak barrels from Allier, whose level of toasting has been specially chosen for this vintage.
Bottled: It is bottled without any prior clarification or filtration process.
