Climate: Continental-Atlantic climate. Vintage characterized by being the warmest of the last 10 years.
Harvest: The harvest began on October 10 and took place under excellent conditions of health and maturity.
Vinification: Pre-fermentation maceration and fermentation in concrete (with a percentage of stems to provide freshness and tannin) at a controlled temperature of 24ºC.
Ageing: Aged in amphorae, 600-litre barrels and concrete; with an assembly in French barrel for 10 months.
