Original rosй made entirely with Pinot noir that is fresh, easy to drink, smooth and with a velvety mouthfeel. On the nose, the aromas of red fruits stand out, as well as those of rosemary, oregano and dill. During its fermentation it does not exceed 12 degrees of temperature to precisely enhance its aromatic load. Ideal to accompany a meal from start to finish.
View: Pale pink colour, clean and bright. Nose: Complex and fresh aromas, with presence of red fruits and wild flowers. Important presence of botanicals such as dill, rosemary and basilic. Palate: Round and easy to drink due to the freshness, smoothness and velvety sensation imprinted by the Pinot noir variety and the ageing under lees. Notes of red fruits, citrus notes and a subtle minerality are easily detected.
Harvest: Handpicked at night.
Vinification: Maceration with the skins and fermentation at controlled temperature.
Ageing: Aged for 3 months on the lees providing complexity and volume in the mouth.
