Prime is a high-end wine from Paco & Lola that is only made in limited editions. It is aged on its fine lees for 6 months and, once finished, it remains maturing for another 6 months in a tank before being bottled. It is dominated by notes of ripe fruit, candied fruit and an elegant background of lees and ripe citrus. Its aftertaste is citric and balsamic, and it goes perfectly with fish, white meats and cheeses. A modern and avant-garde concept, elegant and persistent.
