Appearance: Bright yellow color with an intense greenish hue, very fine carbon dioxide.
Nose: Medium intensity with hints of white flowers, aromatic herbs and light balsamic notes. With citrus touches (grapefruit and lemon peel), flint and stone-type mineral aromas.
Mouth: A fresh entry in the mouth, with good acidity and unctuous. On the palate it is fruity and balanced, with an elegant final bitterness.
Harvest: Made from the flower must of selected grapes from the best vineyards.
Vinification: Natural fermentation at low temperature for 21 days.
