Fleshy and enveloping entrance. Velvety mid palate with fruity sensations. Sweet tannins. Long and persistent finish.

Intense garnet with a medium-high layer.

Medium-high intensity with aromas of ripe red fruit. Spicy and smoked notes.

But Rabell is a red wine from the D.O. Catalonia made by the Torres winery.

Mas Rabell is a coupage of the Carignan and Grenache varieties. For its elaboration a maceration of 2 weeks and a fermentation of 1 week in deposits of stainless steel are realized.

After vinification, Mas Rabell undergoes a 6-month aging in French and American oak barrels.

The name of this wine has magical resonances, inspired, according to legend, by the presence of an alchemical magician, the last of the Penedès, who during the fourteenth century lived at the foot of the castle of Sant Martí Sarroca.
