Clean and bright, ruby red in color with violet rims and a middle layer. On the nose it is very complex, with aromas of red fruits, cut flowers and aromatic herbs, with a great mineral intensity. On the palate it is fresh, fruity, with very soft ripe tannins. Persistent and long lasting.
It is made from a manual harvest with double selection of the clusters at the optimum point of maturity. The grapes enter the tank without being crushed and go on to macerate-ferment for 5 to 8 days at 23-27⁰C. The must is then extracted and the skins are gently pressed. After several rackings we proceed to bottling.
