Straw yellow in color with greenish rims, very clean and bright.
On the nose it is fresh, with aromas of tropical fruits, stone fruit, citrus fruits and a background of white flowers.
On the palate it is fresh, silky, smooth and with a good persistence at the end.
Manual harvest with double selection of the clusters at the optimum point of maturity. The grapes enter the tank and undergo cold maceration for 6 to 10 hours, to then gently press and thus obtain the must that will be racked and later slowly fermented at a temperature of approximately 16ºC. After several rackings sheltered from the air, it is bottled.
