Nose: Complex, with prominent aromas of black fruit accompanied by herbaceous and citrus notes on a slightly toasted background.

Soil: In this area, the Merlot variety is grown on two different soils: clay-calcareous and sandy with gravel. Mediterranean climate.
Harvest: Manual harvest. The harvest was carried out from September 18 to 25.
Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 26ºC in stainless steel vats. Once finished, about 6 days, the barrel aging begins.
Ageing: A minimum of 12 months in 225 liter French oak barrels with malolactic fermentation included. Subsequent aging in the bottle for a period of 6 months.
