Jean Leon's charisma and discretion made him an accomplice in curious anecdotes of celluloid stars, among whom he felt like family. Years later, and in honor of his own, he produced this wine, 100% Chardonnay, born from the vineyard named after his daughter.
Appearance: Slight clear and bright yellow color with golden reflections.
Nose: Noted for its high power, with aromas of fresh tropical fruits on a background of fine toasted French oak.
Palate: In the mouth it presents a fat entrance and its balanced acidity provides freshness and persistence.

Soil: Very compact clay-limestone.
Climate: Mediterranean
Harvest: Manual harvest.
Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16ºC in 225-litre French oak barrels (55% of the volume) and the rest in 2,200-litre foudres and cement eggs. Subsequent malolactic fermentation.
Ageing: Aged on lees for approximately 6 months in French oak barrels. Minimum stay in the bottle of 6 months before marketing.
