A movie pink!
Rosé made with the flower must of a Pinot noir born in Penedés. The number 3055 represents Jean Leon's taxi driver's license in New York, where he got one of his first jobs. A wine that reveals to us the man behind the legend, his humble origins and the idealism necessary to achieve his own dreams, above all, founding his own restaurant in Beverly Hills and creating his own line of wines.
Nose: The nose presents fine aromas of fruit (paraguaya and banana) and citrus fruits (strawberries).
Mouth: Round entry followed by an acidity present throughout the mouthfeel. Elegant in the passage and with a persistent finish, with constant memories in the retronasal phase.
Soil: Clay-calcareous. Mediterranean climate.
Harvest: The harvest took place on August 27, 2019.
Vinification: The grapes go directly into the press. Only the flower must is used. Maceration less than two hours. It ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15ºC for 13-14 days.
Bottled: It took place on December 18, 2019. Contains sulfites.
