Gran Livenza Cava
40% Xarello, 40% Macabeo, 20% Parellada
Refreshing cava. Made with Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada grape varieties. It is not an excessively sweet cava as it only has 12 g of sugar per litre. Fine bubbles make Gran Livenza a cava that perfectly accompanies any meal.
Appearance: This Cava Brut has a bright, clean straw yellow color with slight green nuances. Its bubble is abundant, small in size and vertical and regular, forming a crown.
Nose: Good aromatic intensity, very fresh while retaining fruity notes.
Mouth: Good structure on the palate, broad, lively and with very good acidity. The retronasal sensations are clean, fresh and persistent.
