Single-varietal Tempranillo that grows on vines located in Valbuena de Duero (Valladolid), where summers are dry and winters are cold with notable temperature fluctuations. It is aged for 6 months in French and partially American oak barrels, and is further refined for another 6 months in the bottle. A wine with fresh aromas of red fruit and toasted notes that is balanced and round on the palate and is ideal to accompany all kinds of meats and cheeses.

View: Intense cherry red with violet rims.
Nose: High intensity, with fresh aromas of red fruits and toasted notes of wood, elegant and well integrated.
Palate: Balanced, combined and velvety on the palate, with a long aftertaste.
Description: Vineyards located in Valbuena de Duero (Valladolid), at an altitude of 780 metres. Plantation in double cordon royat and glass.
Area: 25 hectares. Age between 25 and 35 years.
Soil: Clay and calcareous.
Climate: Moderate to low rainfall. Dry summers and cold winters with notable temperature fluctuations in the different seasons.
Yield: Between 3,000 and 5,000 kilograms per hectare.
Harvest: Manual. It took place between the end of September and the beginning of October.
Vinification: Fermentation in frustoconical stainless steel tanks for 12-15 days at a temperature between 24 and 26 ºC.
Aging: 6 months in barrels (70% French and 30% American) and 6 months in the bottle.
