Traditional harvest of manual selection, as well as its maceration and fermentation. The aging in French and American oak barrels lasts 15 months. The wine will rest for another 10 months in the bottle.
Primarily dry weather during the harvest with sudden changes in temperature in September and until the harvest, in mid-October. Limestone soils.
