An intense red wine, with aromas of black fruit, balsamic, chocolate and light toasted notes. On the palate it is tasty, highlighting the meatiness and volume, wrapped in a fresh and clean sensation that leaves a pleasant wine sensation, and finishing off with polished and soft tannins.
Frank and simple elaboration. After seven days of fermentation at 24.5o C, with pumpovers in the morning and afternoon, we gave way to a somewhat lazy malolactic fermentation that ended in mid-January. Aged for 20 months in French oak, 1/3 new, 1/3 1 year old and 1/3 2 years old.
