Complex nose with marked notes of black fruit, spices and light balsamic memories, integrated with a delicate and harmonious wood. In her mouth, it appears noble, with character, but faithful to the elegance that characterizes it. Tasty and structured. Marked in its length by notes of black fruit, roasted and a velvety finish.

Harvested by hand with the selection of the clusters in the vineyard.

Gently de-stemmed and fermented in 500-litre oak barrels. Malo lactic in new 500-litre French oak barrels.

Subsequently, the wine remains in the same barrel, aging on its lees for 22 months without racking, only with gentle stirring from time to time. Bottled unfiltered and bottled unfiltered and aged for 10 months before going on sale.
