Aroma: Very intense nose, dominating wild strawberries, blackberries, raspberries. Dairy, spices, balsamic and mineral notes. Subtle toasted touches from the barrel.
Mouth: The sweetness of its fruit expands the sensations that combine freshness and minerality in a direct and frank presence in which its successful aging respects the pleasant notes of power (minerality) and tenderness (black berries and plum jam).
November harvest Maceration for five days. Aged in French oak barrels 20% and American 80% for 9 months. Not filtered or stabilized.
