In the mouth it has an intense entry, with an agile mid-palate, with a distinguished tannins that makes it long and persistent.

Altos Ibéricos Parcelas de Graciano is a wine made with 100% Graciano, from vineyards located in the Rioja Alavesa. Once harvested, it ferments in stainless steel tanks with temperature control, 22-24°C, for approximately one week. And the maceration time is 18 days.

After the latter, it is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Before going on the market, it rests for a minimum of 6 months in the bottle.
